Simple Thanksgiving Activities & Crafts

I am seriously exhausted from a lame cold and my creativity is gone. We have been having a really boring week or so at my house and I am trying to get myself geared up to do some fun activities and crafts for Thanksgiving!

The photos in the collage above showcase several of my favorite activities to do during this time of year. I especially love anything that gets my kids thinking about gratitude and getting out and serving other people.

If you are looking for some ideas to keep your kids busy next week while you get Thanksgiving under control or even this week to help them get in the spirit of giving thanks, I'm sure you'll find something in the list below...

If your brain has already zoomed past Thanksgiving and you are planning for Christmas, make sure to check out our Spin Art Holiday Wreath and Simple Lid Ornaments over at Life Your Way.

You may also want to look through our list of Favorite Gifts for One Year Olds.

Finally... we kicked off an Instagram challenge yesterday. Come find me (Kristinatoddlerapproved) if you are on there! We'd love for you to join in. We are giving ourselves the gift of a healthy holiday season and you should too!

  1. Thank you for sharing your ideas. I'm sure I will put some of these together for my daycare.
